CA SB 258: Background on Why You Need to Disclose
Passed in 2017, California Senate Bill 258 was intended to provide consumers and workers with ingredient information about designated products that encourages informed purchasing decisions and reduces public health impacts from exposure to potentially harmful chemicals in these specified products.
This is in effect as of January 1, 2020.
