Highlighting HCS 2024 - Labeling Updates

In response to many comments received from the regulated community, OSHA made some major updates to the Labeling requirements found in (f)(11) and (f)(12) of the revised standard. In the below excerpts, the redline text is what's been revised/added since the revision from the 2012 standard:

The implications allow Manufacturers, Importers and Distributors to have some leeway when relabeling or shipping in small containers.
